DH2 TREADMILL CLASS WITH CORE
Joshua Lipsey is very excited to bring its DH2 Treadmill class to Water's Edge dock this summer! This 50 minute class combines strength training, core, cardio, H.I.I.T and mobility that is sure to get you a great sweat and muscle burn! In addition to the strength training, our DH2 treadmills also track your speed, distance, overall distance, and time and provide an extremely unique outdoor fitness experience.
